He reenlisted 13 Nov.1863 at Jefferson,Ohio and was mustered out 26 Jul 1865 at Charleston, West Virginia. He held the rank of Private and was assigned as Wagoneer/ Teamster. Levi applied for a Pension on 15 Apr 1907 per Pension Act of February 6, 1907. Marriage was recorded at Painesville, Lake co. Ohio courthouse.
