Notes - She married Patrick Bradley and they had sixteen children but only seven lived- four sons and three daughters. We have the names of only eight of the sixteen children. Nine were born dead or died shortly thereafter. We do not know if the other nine were given names or any of the circumstances of thier birth's or death's.
The following is an exact copy of her Obituary as it appeared in the N.O.
Times Picyaune on Monday January 19, 1931,page 2, col.7.
" On Sunday, Jan. 18,1931 at 11A.M., Jane Walsh, beloved wife of the late Patrick Bradley, mother of Mamie, William J., Arthur J., Benjamin L. and Joseph J. Bradley and the late Mrs. A. Don Dufour and Anna Lee Bradley, grandmother of Mrs George Montgomery,Jr., William J. Jr., Owen J., Peral and Mary Bradley, great-grandmother of George Montgomery III, and Mary Lou Bradley and sister of the late William Walsh and Margaret Walsh Raeshide, aged 85 years and a native of New Orleans. The relstives and acquanintances of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral which will take place Monday, January 19, 1931 at 4. P.M. from the late residence of the deceased-1634, 6th. St. Services at St.
Alphonsus Church, Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery #2. Arrangements by Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, N.O.,La."
