Notes from RIN 10487, Submitter unknown:
!He began reading law but the Revolution interrupted his studies. He received a commission as a Leutenant in the New Jersey Miltia. He was with General Montgomery in the expedition against Quebec in January 1775, and participated in the battles of Brandywine, Germantown, and Monmouth. After the war he went to sea as a supercargo, and later became a merchant, but finally engaged in farming and died on his farm near Englinton in 1832.
