As reported in the CMSI News Magazine, Fall 2007: " It is with sorrow that the family of 74 year old Earl Vaughn Montgomery must report his passing. Earl (CMSI # 1518) passed away September 27, 2007 in Syracuse, NY. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara Fisher Montgomery of Marcy, NY, one son, Dr. Craig Montgomery...(CMSI # 2556)...and one daughter, Mrs. Darcy Louch (Benjamin)...two brothers, Roger S. Montgomery, CMSI # 1235...and Lowell Montgomery (CMSI 1516)...Earl was the son of Theodore Roosevelt Montgomery and Helen Grace Lippencott."
