Notes - !BIRTH: According to an extract of an entry in a Register of Births under the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965 for the period 1861-1965 and having a number of #BC211308, Helen Forsyth Watson was born at 8h 30m A.M. on 2 Aug 1910 at 82 Bay Street, Port Glasgow, Scotland.
!DEATH: I (George E. Montgomery born 16 Oct 1932) was with my mother when she passed away in her home at 31206 Grove in Fraser, Michigan (48026). She originally came down with colon cancer in September of 1982. She seemed all right thought lacking in as much strength as she previously had until February of 1984. The cancer returned and just decimated her. Though her death certificate says she died from a heart attack, nothing could be further from the truth. The Doctor who signed the death certificate did not even know her and certainly made no inquiries as to what caused her departure. She had twin beds in bed room and I came to stay with her sleeping in one of the beds the last few days of her life. I was awakened about 12 or 1 by a noise and I could see that her breathing had stopped. I called the police and they transported her to the funeral home from which she was buried. !MARRIAGE: I have a marriage certificate from Lucas County Ohio attesting as to the date and place of the marriage.
