      !According to Grace Montgomery, Jim Cox asked Mr. Montgomery if he could marry

      Lelia. When he said "yes", then Jim's brother Seaton asked "Would you be that

      good to me too?", meaning that he wanted to marry the sister, Della Montgomery.

      Thus the brothers arranged the marriages at the same time, and then were

      married in a double ceremony on Dec.22, 1920. On 2/15/82, Lelia Montgomery Cox

      confirmed that it was a double ceremony, and stated that the marriages were

      performed while they were all seated in a car.
