Notes - !BIRTH: Born about 1773 from notes on copy of Will of Thomas Montgomery obtained from Wilma Montgomery Hedge. However, the family bible of William Montgomery shows 22 Sep. 1779, and that initials were G.W. One of his brothers, Samuel, later named a son George Washington Montgomery, probably after this man.
