      July 1761 (W.B. 1, page 253, Culpeper): "I lend to my loving wife, Mary,all of
      my state both real and personal during the time she continues to be awidow,
      and no longer. I will and desire that if my loving wife should either dieor
      marry again, that my estate shall be equally divided among my threechildren,
      Joseph, Anne and John. I appoint my loving brothers, John Rucker andConyers
      White, my sole executor."
