  !BIRTH-MARRIAGE-DEATH: Family information, a copy of the deathcertificate, and the Obit in the Macon Telegraph on Aug. 17, 1921 on page 3 A. M. CHAPMAN H.D. Chapman left yesterday for Clearwater, Florida, to bring back thebody of his brother A.M. Chapman, who died there yesterday at 2 pm. MrChapman was 47 years of age and was wel known in Macon, where he had many friends ofhis boyhood days. He attended the school in Macon and located in Clearwatersome years ago. He is survived by his wife and five children; his mother,Mrs. M.V. Chapman, of 14?? Oglethorpe Street; two brothers, H.D. Chapman, of Macon,and H.C. Chapman of Atlanta; and a sister, Miss Lila May Chapman, ofBirmingham. Mr. Chapman will arrive in Macon Thursday morning with the body and the services, with Rev. H.M. Fugate of the Tattnall Square Baptist Church officiating, will be held at the brother's home at 305 Adams Street. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery.
