Slaughter, 42, died Monday, March 27, in Alexandria, in anautomobile accident. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 29, in Cedron Baptist Church,with the Rev. Glenn Flenniken officiating. Burial was in the CedronCemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include her husband, S. W. Slaughter of Vowells Mill; foursons, H. Steve Slaughter of Shreveport, Raymond Slaughter ofNatchitoches, Herman Slaughter, and O. Lovell Slaughter, both of Vowells Mill; father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Foshee of VowellsMill; three brothers, Dennis Foshee of Trout, Travis Foshee of Houston,Tex., Nolan O.
