Burial will be inRosepine Cemetery in Rosepine. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. Monday. Mrs. Foshee died Thursday, March 25, 1999, in an Alexandria hospital. A native of Cedar Creek, Ark., she had lived in Sulphur for a number ofyears. She was an office manager for Dr. John B. Caire in Lake Charlesfor 25 years before her retirement. Survivors include one daugher, Carolyn J. Ledet of Opelousas; one son,James N. Foshee of Houston; one brother, Hugh N. Carter of Fresno,Calif.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
