Dowden, age 55, who died March 7, wasconducted at Pruitt's Chapel, at 2 p.m., March 8, with Rev. RobertGraham, and Rev. Eddie Holmes officiating. Interment was in the churchcemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home. Pallbearers were nephews. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Inez Dowden of Hornbeck; sons, Bobby G.,Billy E., and Charles A., all of Hornbeck; daughters, Mrs. CarrollGibson, and Mrs. Michael Hyatt, both of Hornbeck; parents, Mr. and Mrs.Henry W.
