Cassie Craig, 84, of Vowells Mill, died Sunday, Nov. 6, in Natchitoches,after a long illness.
Funeral services were held in Hickory Grove Church, Monday, Nov. 7.Burial was in the Becky Murry Cemetery, under the direction of WarrenMeadows Funeral Home of Many.
Survivors include her husband, Samps Craig of Vowells Mill; three sons,Eston Craig, Dempsey Craig, and Curtis Craig, all of Vowells Mill; threedaughters, Mrs. Alma Sharp, and Mrs. George Sharp, both of Vowells Mill,and Mrs. Willie Honeycutt of Bellwood; two brothers, Monroe Hale ofRiverside, Calif., and
John Hale of Dumas, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Millie Tyra of Houston, andMrs. Ella Woods of Baton Rouge; 12 grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren.
