Houston Canady, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Jan 2, 1975 Mr. Houston Canady, 65, of Many, died on Wednesday, Dec. 25, at 1:30p.m., in Vowells Mill, after a short illness. Services were held at Middle Creek Baptist Church on Friday, December 27,at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. Burial was in theMiddle Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors include 3 sons, Charles Canady of Beaumont, Jimmy Canady ofFlorien, and Jerry Canady of Many; one daughter, Beth Moore ofShreveport; and four grandchildren.
