Cobb, age 71, who died Oct. 2, at theFraser Sanitarium, after a three week illness, were conducted at MiddleCreek Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 3, with Rev. H. H. Tibbittsofficiating, assisted by Elder Mack Hayes, and Elder Clyde Sneed. Interment was in the church cemetery, under the direction of WarrenFuneral Home. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Edna Cobb of Florien; son, E. J. Cobb ofFlorien; daughters, Mrs. Edith Bridges of Leesville, Mrs. Melva Bridgesof Florien; brothers, Elmer Cobb of Cedar Grove, Barney, and Roy Lee Cobbof Many; sister, Mrs. Oma Britt of El Campo, Tex.; 17 grandchildren.
