      Clifford Sparks, Sabine Parish, LA, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Feb 4, 1971

      Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, in the Warren MeadowsFuneral Chapel for Clifford Sparks, 62, who died Monday, Feb. 1, after ashort illness.

      The Rev. Don Gadbow, and the Rev. Billy White officiated at the services.Burial was in the Fenders Cemetery, under the direction of Warren MeadowsFuneral Home.

      Mr. Sparks was an employee for the Town of Many for three years, in thefire department.

      Survivors are his wife; one son, Doyle Sparks of Keithville; twodaughters, Mrs. Areta Langston of Little Rock, and Mrs. Juanita Berry ofKeithville; four sisters, Mrs. Katie Erwin of Hemphill, Mrs. BeulahSalter of Shreveport, and six grandchildren.

      Pallbearers were George Cook, Jimmy Dees, W. R. Miller, Reo Wright, RayLovelady, and Wayne Self.

      Honorary Pallbearers were the Town of Many Volunteer Fire Departmentmembers.
