Carmel Baptist Church. Rev. LarryDeLouch officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Arrangementswere under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Weldon died Saturday, March 17, 1984, at his residence in Florien, atthe age of 75. He is survived by two sons, Andrew (Bud) Weldon of Jennings, LA, andSwepson Weldon of Keithville; two daughters, Geneva Cobb, Keithville, andGenevieve Stewart, Porter, Texas; two sisters, Ollie Merritt, Gibsland,and Barbara Caswell, Anacoco; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
