Gentry, 70, of Hornbeck, died July 8, in Many Clinic, at3:30 p.m., after an extended illness. She is survived by her husband, James R. Gentry of Hornbeck; sevensisters, Mrs. Mary Hewitt, Mrs. Ollie Whatley, Mrs. Nonie Beasley, Mrs.Rodie Norsworthy, and Mrs. Kate Hayes, all of Hornbeck, and Mrs. LillieKobb, and Mrs. Clara Briggs of Many; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Prewitts Chapel Baptist Church, July 10, at2 p.m. The Rev. Robert Graham, and the Rev. Marvin Brown officiated.Interment was at Prewitts Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of WarrenMeadows Funeral Home of Many.
