Glen Flenniken officiated. Mrs. Rhodes died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 1985, at 4 a.m., at Heritage ManorNursing Home in Many. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Ottis Rhodes of Robeline; five sons,Harvey Rhodes, and David Rhodes, both of Houston, Texas, Clifton Rhodesof Shreveport, Larry Rhodes of Phoenix, Arizona, and Frank Rhodes ofNatchitoches; four daughters, Betty Joe Lester of Many, Gladys Schmidt,Loucille Gremillion, and Rose Marie Shill, all of New Orleans; one halfsister, Ruth Reed of Meosho, Missouri; step mother, Mrs. Jimmie Williamsof Neosho, Missouri; 23 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. Interment was at Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of WarrenMeadows Funeral Home of Many.
