      1 Aug 1952 - Last rites for Ben F. Wagley, 70, were held at ProvencalBaptist church at 11 a.m. Saturday with Revs. Otha Sober and Jimmie Miersofficiating. Interment was in the Provencal cemetery.

      Pallbearers were Bobbie Gibbs, E. J. Thourdssel, Gerald Wayne Moss, RayBoswell, Harold Dowden and D. E. Conlay.

      Surviving are widow, Mrs. Nona Wagley, of Provencal; a brother, AllenWagley, of DeRidder; three sisters, Mrs. Marguerete Campbell, of Menard,Texas, Mrs. Kate Whitley, of Shreveport and Mrs. Algie Werntz ofProvencal, and a number of nephews and nieces.

      Ben Wagley was a brother of the late A. C. Wagley of Many.
