      Hezekiah C. Oxley, 72, of Many died on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 6:50 after alengthy illness.

      Oxley is survived by his widow, Kizzie Belle Oxley of Many, two sons, J.C. Oxley, Jonesville and Harland Oxley of Panama Canal Zone; threegranchildren; two great grandchildren; two brothers,
      Henry Oxley of Many and Edward Oxley of Pineville and a number of niecesand nephews.

      Funeral services were held at the Trinity Baptist Chruch on Thursday, Nov9, at 3:30 p.m. The Rev. Glen Lassiter, the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts and theRev. Brent Fleming officiated; Burial was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery underthe direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home
