      28 Mar 1941 - Last rites for Mrs. Marshall T. Hayes, age 68 years, wereheld at Warren Baptist church last Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. W. B.Valentine officiating. Dennis-Green funeral home directing, intermentWarren cemetery.

      Surviving are husband, Mashall T. Hayes; children, Mrs. Tim Oxley, Mrs.R. H. McComic, Jeff and S. B. Hayes of Many, Mrs. J. W. Oxley of Alco,Mrs. Clyde Bell of Silsbee, Texas, Mrs. J. C. Blackman, Mrs. GilbertBlackman, Ed., Lee, Rufus and Theodore Hayes of Fisher. She is alsosurvived by 29 grandchildren; two brothers, George and Jessie Byrd; foursisters, Misses Julia and Emma Byrd of Vowell's Mill, Mrs. Nathan Rhodesof Provencal and Mrs. J. H. Paul of Many and a host of nieces and nephews.
