Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of WarrenMeadows Funeral Home of Many. Surviving relatives include his wife, Mrs. Ora Lee Self of Many; threesons, Rodney Self of Shreveport, and Wayne, and William Henry Self Jr.,both of Many; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Bugg, and Mrs. Brenda Byles,both of Many; one brother, Herschel Self of New Orleans; one halfbrother, Leon Self of Provencal; three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Moss, Mrs.Nancy Lawson, and Mrs. Ruby McDaniel, all of New Orleans; one halfsister, Mrs. Agnes Brown of Thibodaux; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Warren Stephens, Louis Stephens, Carlton Stephens,Wallace Stephens, James Andings, and Jamiel Sliman.
