      Johnnie Farmer, 55, of Many, died Dec. 8, at 8:04 p.m., after a shortillness.

      Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marie Farmer of Many; two sons, Jimmy,and Pat Farmer, both of Belmont; two daughters, Mrs. Donna Sandifer fromMany, and Mrs. Betty Leach, also of Many; two
      brothers, George Farmer of Marthaville, and Curtis Farmer from PleasantHill; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Milton from Shreveport, Mrs. Ella Russellof Mansfield, and Mrs. Luna Thompson of Pleasant Hill; and fivegrandchildren.

      Services were at the Rocky Springs Baptist Church, with burial in theMarthaville Cemetery, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 2 p.m. The Rev. JasonKay, the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, and the Rev. Kenneth
      Leach officiated. Burial was under the direction of Warren MeadowsFuneral
