Curtis Farmer, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Jan 27, 1977 Curtis Farmer, 72, of Pleasant Hill, died Friday, Jan. 21, at 7:40 a.m.,after an extended illness. Survivors are two sons, Curtis L. Farmer of Gainesville, Ga., and BillyRay Farmer of Shreveport, one sister, Mrs. Ethel Melton of Shreveport; 2grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Chapel Sunday, Jan. 23,at 2 p.m., with Sister Ruby Dickerson officiating. Burial was in the Mt.Zion Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Robert Lewis, John Jacobs Jr., James W. Jacobs, JoeCecil Jacobs, Kenneth Barnes, and Jack Rivers.
