Byrd of Shreveport, Larry T. Byrd ofTulsa, Okla.; one brother, Joseph Bryd of Mt. Carmel; seven sisters, Mrs.Effie Oxley, Warren Community; Mrs. Emma Oxley, Shreveport; Mts. Eula MaeAlford, Many, Mrs. Pearl Patrick, Many; Mrs. Lula Ross, Negreet; Mrs.Ruth Enis, Bossier City, Mrs. Oma Chance, Mt. Carmel; and fivegrandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church on Wednesday,Dec. 5, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Phil Tisdale officiating. Burial was inthe Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
