Lewing Jr., 61, were held Thursday,April 26, at 4 p.m., at Florien First Baptist Church. Interment followedin the Florien Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows FuneralHome. Rev. Mack Brister, and Rev. Gil Arthur officiated. Mr. Lewing died Tuesday, April 24, at Baynes Jones Hospital in Fort Polk. He is survived by his wife, Nira Lewing of Florien; one son, Cory Lewingof Florien; three daughters, Glinda Aklin, and Linda Remedies, both ofZwolle, Cindy Wright of Florien; two sisters, Marie Tynes of Ruston, andSue Bailey of Shreveport; ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces,nephews, and friends.
