      Mrs. W. T. Cook, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, May 6, 1938

      6 May 1938 - Funeral services for Mrs. W. T. Cook, 65, of Florien wereheld at Antioch church April 21 with Rev. H. K. Hartsfield and Rev.Ernest Lilly Officiating. Interment was in Antioch cemetery under thedirection of Green Funeral home.

      Surviving are her husband; three sons, Luther, Hamp and George Cook; onedaughter, Mrs. Bud Miller of Natchitoches; two brothers, W. M. Leach ofVivian and Loyd Leach of Deridder; one sister, Mrs. T. J. Miller ofFlorien; seven grand children, one great grandchild, a step mother Mrs.N. A. Leach of Anacoco, and a number of half-brothers and sisters.

      Active pallbearers were: George Duggan, Carlton Salter, Bernice Wright,Horace Salter, Clayborn Salter, and Sidney Corley.
