      Mrs. Mandy R. Oxley, 88, formerly of Robeline, died on Monday, Dec. 5, ina Natchitoches hospital.

      Services were at 2 p.m., Tuesday, at the Church of Jesus Christ ofLatter-day Saints in Many. Officiating was Bishop Glen Hardy. Speakerswere Brother Albert Hardy, and Brother Gilbert Conner of Coushatta.Burial was in Fort Jesup Cemetery, with Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home,Natchitoches, in charge.

      Pallbearers were Johnny Maran, Jimmy Howell, Tom Moran, ClintonRichardson, Huey McDonald, and Lester Bridy.

      Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Wylene Jacobs, Many; three sisters, Mrs.Emma Howard, Mrs. Allie Howard, and Mrs. Bedie Snyder, all of Many; twobrothers, Joseph Russell, and O. V. Russell, both of Many; twograndchildren, nine great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.
