Rhodes, 77, of Marthaville, died on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 7:30p.m., as the result of an automobile accident. Rhodes is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Conly Rains, Florien, Mrs. LelaDietel, Kenner, La.; three brothers, Fletcher Rhodes, Negreet, WillRhodes Oakland, Calif.; and Peace Rhodes, Corpus Christi, Tex.; onesister, Mrs. Palmire Melder, Bernice; 8 grandchildren, and 12 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Warren Meadows funeral Home onThursday, Oct. 24, at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Johnny Rhodes officiating.Burial was in the Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of the WarrenMeadows Funeral Home.
