William Edmond Miller, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Dec 19, 1958 Funeral services for William Edmond Miller, age 84, who passed awaySaturday, Dec. 13, at his home at Middle Creek, were conducted Monday,Dec. 15, at the chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter DaySaints, with Bishop Mack Hayes Jr., Stake President J. M. Belisle, andElder Joseph Paul Starks officiating. Interment was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of the WarrenFuneral Home. Survivors are sons, Raymond, Osborn, Oren, and Floyd Miller, all of PortArthur, Tex., Alvin Miller of Shreveport, Merlin Miller of Natchitoches;three daughters, Mrs. May Gandy, and Mrs. Malvie Self, both of Orange,Tex., Mrs. Mettie Cobb of Many; one brother, Albert Miller of Many; 21grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons.
