Lillie Mae Gandy, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Feb 17, 1977 Mrs. Lillie Mae Gandy, 75, of Orange, Tex., died Monday, Feb. 14, at 11a.m., after an extended illness. Graveside services were held Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 4 p.m., at the Mt.Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.Bishop Glen Hardy officiated at the services. Surviving relatives are her husband, James E. Gandy of Orange, Tex.; oneson, Leland Gandy of Orange, and one daughter, Darlene LeJune of Orange,Tex.; four grandchildren; four brothers, Raymond Miller of Kirbyville, Tex., Merlin Miller of Natchitoches, OranMiller of Nederland, Tex., and Alvin Miller of Shreveport; two sisters,Mrs. Mettie Cobb, and Mrs. Malva Hardy, both of Many.
