      Alton E. Isgitt, 55, of Many, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, from a shortillness.

      Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 15, at 10 a.m., in the Oak HillBaptist Church, with the Rev. Oliver Prothro officiating. Interment wasin the Zion Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows FuneralHome.

      Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alton Isgitt of Many; three sons, Glen,Michael, and Joseph Isgitt, all of Negreet; three daughters, Mrs.Marcella Walters of Harvey, Mrs. Cherline Milner of Negreet, and Mrs.Charlotte Brittian of Many; one sister, Mrs. Ihryne Stout of Many, andsix grandchildren, and one niece.

      Masonic Rites were held at the graveside.

      Pallbearers were George Cook, Nathan Wright, Wiley Cummings, ClydeAnthony, Alvin Curtis, and George Salter, Jr.
