Addison of Many, were held Monday,March 21, at 3 p.m., at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Burial was at Mt.Carmel Cemetery. Rev. Louis Skinner officiated. Services were under thedirection of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Addison died March 19, at 7:15 p.m., in Many, after an extendedillness. He was 96 years of age. He is survived by a son, George C. Addison, Jr., Houston, Tex.; threedaughters, Bertha Saulsbury, Shreveport, Dorothy Fox, Wesley, Ark.,Gennie Mercer, Luling, La.; three sisters, Mae Connely, Shreveport, NellBrown, Ventura, Calif., Audrey Dowden, Florien; 12 grandchildren; 14great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
