      Mrs. Lillian Peacock Bell, 88, died Friday, May 19, 1989, at HeritageManor Nursing Home I, in Many, La.

      Services were held at Ft. Jesup Baptist Church, on Sunday, May 21, at 2p.m., with Rev. Arthur Haymon officiating. Burial was at Ft. JesupCemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
      Home.

      Survivors include two sons, Willie Bell of Many, and Bobby Joe Bell ofFlorien; three daughters, Ruby Bell of Pasadena, Tex., Doretta Self ofMerRouge, La., and Una McCormic of Many; four
      sisters, Laura Jewel Anderson, and Thelma Jennings, both of Natchitoches,Otis Freeman, and Eula Harris, both of Shreveport; 17 grandchildren; 27great grandchildren; and five great-great
      grandchildren.
