      Elmer E. Reece of Shreveport died at his home, October 20. Funeralservices were held in Osborn Funeral Home Chapel, Oct. 23, followed byburial at Central Cemetery in Robeline. Rev. Steve Robinson, and Rev.Bobby Durr officiated.

      He is survived by his wife, Irene; one son, Charles; two daughters, JoyWoolman of Ozark, Arkansas, and Jan Hunter of Shreveport; three sisters,Myrtis Simmons, and Vertis Leach of Ft. Jesup, and Lena Allbritton ofRobeline; twelve grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

      Pallbearers were Nathan Allbritton, Danny Durr, Randy Peeples, Don Webb,Pat Campbell, and Joel Robinson.

      He was a World War II veteran, a retired machinist, a native of SabineParish, and had lived in Shreveport for the last forty years.
