Perry and Sarah lived 4 miles west of MIlan.
After SarahÕ s death, he returned home to care for his elderly mother Mary. Daughter Minnie was left in the care of SarahÕ s parents.
In 1880, PerryÕ s mother Mary Shatto Montgomery came to keep house for him following the death of PerryÕ s father John Montgomery.
In 1920, daughter Minnie Buell and 2 of her sons came to live with Perry. In 1932, PerryÕ s grandson Walter Buell was living with Perry, along with WalterÕ s wife Hildred and daughter Mary Louise Buell (PerryÕ s great granddaughter).
