  Data submitted by Keith Alan Montgomery, CMS 2512, via GEDCOM attached to email dated 16 Jan 2007. Milan Standard: Kenneth Caldwell, 45, was electrocuted Thursday evening while he was working with water pump machinery on his farm 6 miles west of Milan. The Sullivan County SheriffÕ s office said a call for an ambulance was made around 5:30pm. Kenneth, who was dead at the scene, was working with the machinery in a cement pit about five feet square and five feet deep. There was reported to be approximately four inches of water in the pit.
