      NO. 78 MARRIAGE LICENSE State of Missouri, County of Buchanan This license authorizes any Judge, Justice of the Peace, licensed or orained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the laws of this state, to solemnize marriage between Aaron T MONTGOMERY of Stanberry, county of Gentry and State of Mo who is over the age of twenty-one years, and Miss Cora F PHILLIPS of St Joseph County of Buchanan and State of Mo who is under the age of eighteen years. Witness my hand as Recorder with the seal of office hereunto fixed at my office in Saint Joseph, Mo the 24th day of Febry 1886. By Dave T Sysaght, Deputy and Thos A(?)Fruch, Recorder State of Missouri, County of Buchanan, No. (?).
