He lived alone and references in the book Kisatchie Hillsdescribe him as unkempt and accumulating some wealth the he hide in hishome and chicken coop. This researcher's aunts recall Sidney as beingscary to them when they were young. When Sidney was young, his mother married Plez Horn. However, Sidney'snatural father has never been identified. Sidney never married.
