You are hearby notified, that I shall on the first day of the next MARCH term
of the Circuit Court to be begun and held within and for the county of Monroe
in the State of Missouri, at the court house in the town of Paris, in said
county, on the second Monday in March next, during the sitting of said cour tor
on some day as soon thereafter as a hearing can be that present to saidcourt
a petition praying for a judgment of partition and the appointment of
commissioners to make division of the Northwest quarter of section ---- in
Township fifty-four range, ten West containing 150 & 85.100dth acres of land
lying and being in said county of Monroe among the legal representatives of
Mrs. Cinnatti A Green, deceased, according to the respective rights of the
parties interested therein, and in case a division of said land cannot be made,
a sale thereof will be required--and a distribution of the money arising from
said sale amongst the heirs of the said Mrs. Cinnatti A. Green, dec'd according
to their respective rights. Jordan J. Montgomery Nov. 30, 1939"
