• Notes

  MARRIED ALEXANDER MONTGOMERY 30 JAN 1856. An email dated 5 May 2011 from Jean Hoffman attached a Kansas Death Certificate for Elizabeth Montgomery, the wife of Alexander Jasper Montgomery, with a death date of 9 May 1929. Based on this information, I have replaced the death date originally submitted which was 18 May 1921. Ms. Hoffman also suggests that the place of birth was probably Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania which is where her parents and grandparents lived and died.
