  !MARRIAGE: daughter of Aimar Taillfer, Count of Angouleme. She was repudiated by John, her first husband. She married 2nd in 1220 to Hugh De Lusignan, Count of Marche. BIOGRAPHY: According to Encyclopaedia Brittanica, Isabella of Gloucester was married to John in 1189. However, she was never crowned as Queen, and John repudiated her in 1199 and the marriage was dissolved on grounds of consanguinity, both being the great-grandchildren of Henry I.
