      From Pat Peitzch: After David's death, Jane sold his land in Caswell Co. and
      bought land in Rockingham Co. next to her parent's land. Jane sold David's
      land in three parcels: Oct. 29, 1852, 111 acres to Charles Hendrick, Jane
      will give him a good deed when he finishes paying for it. Book II, p. 278.
      Feb. 13, 1854, 101 1/2 acres to Willie Jones. Book II, p. 73. April 18,1854,
      300 acres to thomas Watkins. Book II, p. 42. Nov. 8, 1856. Whereas David
      Montgomery late of Caswell Co., departed this life some time in or about the
      year 1847--and whereas--Jane W. Montgomery departed this life about Aug.
      1854--James N. Montgomery qualified as administrator--has received all money
      and so gives the deed to Charles Hendrick. Book II, p. 279.
      On Nov. 12, 1851, Jane W. Montgomery of Caswell Co. bought 558 acres in
      Rockingham Co., from Luke Palmer (father of her brother-in-law)Rockingham Co.
      Deed book 2nd R, p. 222. April 26, 1854, Jane W. Montgomery bought from her
      brother, W. P. Watt, 49 acres.
      Jane Watt Montgomery died intestate in August 1854.
