Notes - Edith was a quiet, soft-spoken woman with a kind face. She spent many
years in a wheelchair prior to her death. Her husband, Paul, lovingly
cared for her until the end. One of her hobbies was collecting
salt and pepper shakers. She had a very large and very interesting
collection. Marlene Keith Koutoufaris remembers her mother's bringing
salt and pepper shakers back to Edith from family vacations for many
years.
