J. F. Norsworthy, 74, of Many, died in Zwolle, Dec. 14, after a lengthyillness.
Funeral services were conducted Dec. 15, at Middle Creek Baptist Church,with the Rev. Bill White officiating. Burial was in Middle CreekCemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. J. F. Norsworthy of Many; a son, WilliamE. Norsworthy of Sulphur; two daughters, Mrs. O. O. Canady of Maplewood,and Mrs. J. B. Wright of Rosepine; five brothers, Walter Norsworthy, andHenry Norsworthy of Florien, Oscar Norsworthy of St. Louis, Mo., LeslieNorsworthy, and Albert Norsworthy of Many; seven step children; threesisters, Mrs. Florence Hayes, and Mrs. Eula Hayes, both of Many, andEthel Norsworthy of Texas; seven grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren.
Pallbearers were Dophy Ebarb, Harold Cook, Bailey Stringer, Reo Wright,Roy Skinner, and Johnnie Withers.
