Mr. Floyd J. Arthur, 86, of Conroe, Tex., died Wednesday, Jan. 15, aftera brief illness.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 17, at 2 p.m., at the ToroBaptist Church, with the Rev. Ed Smith officiating. Burial was in theToro Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bessie Arthur of Conroe; two sons,Norman Arthur of Meridian, Miss., and Noel Arthur of Conroe, Tex.; onedaughter, Mrs. C. C. Thaxton of Conroe; 10 grandchildren, and 12 greatgrandchildren.
