Mrs. Bobby Turner, Sabine Parish, Sabine Index, Many, LA, Jan 9, 2002 Mrs. Bobby Turner, 50, a 27 year resident of Waskom, Texas, died Dec. 27,2001, in Shreveport, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Mrs. Turner wasa native of Belmont. Funeral services were held at 11:30 a.m., Dec. 29, at Rose-Neath'sSouthside Chapel, with interment following at Springridge Cemetery inPleasant Hill. The Rev. Lee Perkins officiated. Survivors include her husband, Bob E. Turner of Waskom, Texas; threedaughters, Wendy Adkison and husband Jim, and Jennifer Lee and husbandJohn C., all of Shreveport, and Chandra Dechiro and husband Jon of Austin, Texas; son, Clay Turner of Waskom, Texas; twogranddaughters, Ashley Moody, and Jaden Lee; father, Olcie Nash; threesisters, Frances Eaves, Mary Farmer, and Lenora Sepulvado and husbandTim; and brother, Freddie Nash and wife Brenda, all of Elmont. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Willis-Knighton CancerCenter, and Hospital for the compassion and support. Mrs. Turner was preceded in death by her mother, Aleane McGaha Nash; andsister, Melba Louise Nash. Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA
