Thursday February 28, 1935 LOCAL MAN CLAIMED BY DEATH SUNDAY
W. M. "Bill" Sanders, who for more than a score of years, has been aresident of Eufaula, passed
away at the hospital in Muskogee early Sunday morning, where he had beentaken for treatment.
Mr. Sanders was up and around as usual a day or two before his demise,but was stricken Friday and
carried to the hospital.
Funeral was conducted from the home Monday afternoon, by Rev. S. B.Barnett, Baptist minister, and
burial was in the Fame cemetery. Pallbearers were: D. B. Whybark, BudChapman, Ben robertson, Connie Pullen, L. F. Murphy and leo G. Whitlow.
Deceased is survived by his widow, one daughter, Mrs. Walter Rhodes, oneson, Henry Sanders, and a
brother, Henry Sanders of Morganville, Kansas.
