Interment followed at Beulah Cemetery, underthe direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Rhodes died Wednesday, August 12, 1992, at Sabine Medical Center inMany. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Rhodes of Many; one son, Jimmy Rhodesand his wife Aileen of Negreet; one daughter, Sharon Diane Baines and herhusband Steve Baines of Alvin, Texas; four sisters, Eunice Phiffer of El Campo, Texas, Johnnie Sibley of Houston,Della Lout of El Campo, Texas, and Mattie Lee Moreau of Panama City,Fla.; one brother, Fletcher Rhodes of Negreet; four grandchildren, StacieRhodes, Jamie Rhodes, Aimee Rhodes, and Jude Griggs; and a host of niecesand nephews.
